PFDC can help you in many ways with your harassing calls. In order to expedite this process, you must return the appropriate forms listed below to us. Once we have them on file, we will quickly take action.

Cease & Desist Letter: This letter serves as a written request from you to the creditor, directing them to stop all telephone communication. Please sign and return this letter to us via fax or mail. We will then keep your signed letter on file in case we will need to send it to a harassing creditor in the future.

PFDC Power of Attorney: This form allows PFDC to speak with your creditors. Please sign and return this form to us with your Cease & Desist letter via fax or mail.

Creditor Call Log Sheet: These sheets allow you to document phone calls from creditors. Please include the names of the creditors that are contacting you, their phone numbers and all relevant account information. Each sheet has space for two phone calls. Make copies for additional telephone calls. Please fax or mail these sheets to PFDC once a week. When we will receive your call log sheets, we will contact you to discuss your specific situation.

Client Action Page: Complete these forms if you feel you have been a victim of illegal harassment. These forms will alert us if a creditor has violated The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Each Client Action Page allows enough space for two harassing phone calls and you may make copies if additional incidents occur. If we receive a Client Action Page from you, we will immediately contact you to discuss the appropriate course of action.
